In today’s era of machines, we see people don’t take care of
their health. We are devoting our time in doing other things and we've gone
explicit for our official work and home duties. We are not employing the
concept of ‘A healthy mind resides in a healthy body’.
Sometimes we feel that our habit of working overtime impedes
us to spare some time for our health. This so called culture is making our life
dolorous. Such things are causing problems like hypertension and other neural problems.
Then, how can we manage both (Work & Health) in our
life, since both are conflicting. Now you see, what great people believe, they
consider this as a dogma. They don’t even take it as a problem. You see, it’s
easy to spare only 15/30 minutes out of 24 hours. You can do meditation and other
light exercises at your domicile; you don’t need to go to gym and aerobics
classes.
When you spare some time for your health, you will then feel
ethereal. You will feel good during all the day; always keep an eye on your
health, you will find it expedient.
